Deposits

All deposits go towards the final end total. Deposits secure your appointment slot and are refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Hair cut deposits are only required for first-time clients. Color deposits are required for all color service appointments.

Late Fees

Cancelling within 24 hours or failing to arrive within half of your scheduled appointment time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Your deposit will not be applied to this late fee. Additionally, we will not be able to refund your deposit during this period.

For large projects (all-day projects, services exceeding 4 hours, serious transformations, etc.) a $15 late fee will be applied if you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. This fee may also apply to other services based on stylist availability.

Late arrivals are subject to be rescheduled for a later date and time depending on the stylist’s discretion. Please understand that missed appointments are clients that could have filled our chairs. 

Social Media

We are a very social media-based salon and try to capture our moments and services for our platforms. However, we value the privacy and comfort of our clients. If you do not wish to be included in this content, please notify your stylist that you do not want to be recorded or uploaded to our social media pages.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Please notify the salon or your stylist within 7 days of the service date if you are not satisfied. We will do our best to accommodate at our earliest convenience for a complimentary correction. Please understand that these corrections are provided at the discretion of the salon.
